Deposits may be transferable to a new appointment date with at least 48 hours’ notice (see cancellations).

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice or more may have their deposit transferred to a future booking.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in loss of the deposit.

Repeated late cancellations may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

4. Refunds for Treatments

Due to the nature of aesthetic and clinical treatments, refunds are not available once a treatment has been carried out.
