2. Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Deposits secure your appointment time and cover preparation, administration, and lost appointment opportunities.

  • Deposits may be transferable to a new appointment date with at least 48 hours’ notice (see cancellations).

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice or more may have their deposit transferred to a future booking.

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in loss of the deposit.

  • Repeated late cancellations may require full payment in advance for future bookings.

4. Refunds for Treatments

  • Due to the nature of aesthetic and clinical treatments, refunds are not available once a treatment has been carried out.

  • Results can vary between individuals, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expected results does not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. Medical Contraindications

  • If you are deemed unsuitable for treatment following consultation, your deposit may be refunded or transferred at our discretion.

  • It is your responsibility to disclose accurate and complete medical information during consultation.

7. Complaints

If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and resolve the issue appropriately.
