2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to receive treatments.

  • Valid photo identification may be required.
     

3. Consultations and Consent

  • All treatments require a consultation and informed consent prior to treatment.

  • Botulinum toxin (Botox) is a prescription-only medication (POM).

  • In line with UK law and regulatory requirements, a face-to-face or remote consultation for the prescription must take place at least 48 hours prior to treatment.

  • Treatment cannot be provided without a valid prescription following this consultation.

  • You agree to provide accurate medical history and personal information.

  • Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment refusal without refund.
     

4. Results and Risks

  • All treatments carry risks and potential side effects, which will be explained during consultation.

  • Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Photographs may be taken for medical records and, with consent, for marketing purposes.
     

5. Payments

  • Full payment is required prior to or on the day of treatment.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
     

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice or attend your appointment will result in loss of deposit or full charge.
     

7. Refusal of Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

  • Treatment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable

  • You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • Abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour occurs
     

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, branding) is the property of the business and may not be copied or used without written permission.
 

9. Liability

  • Treatments are carried out with appropriate care and professional standards.

  • We are not liable for adverse outcomes where full disclosure, consent, and appropriate aftercare advice have been provided.
